Installation
1. Connect to your jailbroken iDevice via SSH. [link]
2. Transfer the .theme file into your Themes directory (ie: /Library/Themes/).
3. Activate in WinterBoard.
4. Respring.

Only if you wanted to SSH the theme's files into your device's root folders, replacing the stock files. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're sure you've backed up all the unthemed image files. It might be a little messy tho, why do you want to bypass WB?
